How the Ultrasonic welding works and how it's configured

author:tap:230 Release time:2023-11-18

How the Ultrasonic welding works and how it is configured the Ultrasonic welding is a 20khz (or 15khz) high-voltage, high-frequency signal generated by the generator. The signal is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration by energy conversion system and is applied to plastic workpiece. The temperature transmitted to the interface is increased by friction between the workpiece surface and the molecules. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the workpiece interface melts rapidly, and the gap between the interfaces is filled. When the vibration stops, the workpiece is cooled and shaped under a certain pressure to achieve perfect welding. The Ultrasonic welding is equipped with an automatic frequency scanning and tracking and locking system for a variety of welding modes, with higher accuracy in power output and time control, to ensure the different requirements and different types of various products of the stable operation of welding equipment. The Ultrasonic welding uses a new overload protection system to handle damage to the equipment caused by moulds and external factors. The main components, such as the main board power board control system, ensure the safe operation of the equipment at all times. Other auxiliary tools can be external, such as the Programmable logic controller application automation system device, and can be added to the alarm system, defective parts or set the upper and lower limits of suspicious parts to give an alarm alert.
